If circumstances, or policies in your organization change, and you can no longer attend Packaging Robotics Live & Local - Chicago, you may cancel your registration and receive full refund if your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the start date. If you cancel within 14-30 days of the start date you may receive a 50% refund. All registration fees are non-refundable if requested less than 14 days before the event

These cancellation terms apply regardless of the reason that you cancel (even if you unfortunately need to cancel for personal / health reasons, weather conditions, travel complications or other work related issues that are out of your control). You may transfer your registration to another person prior to the start of the program at no charge. 

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
