Over 30 years of experience in design, project, and engineering management, and a professionally licensed mechanical engineer in Oregon and Washington. Focus has been on steel fabricated machinery from custom-built to production line equipment. During my career, I've designed and managed the engineering for products in many different type of industries including marine, forestry, pulp & paper, materials handling, and agriculture. I'm not only capable of working in all aspects of mechanical design, but will routinely manage the projects that are assigned. In addition, my management experience has covered CAD systems, off-site engineering services, controls engineering, engineering documents, and sales/marketing support. Overall, I'm the person who can take on the whole project, from beginning to end, with the abilities needed to work within or outside a company to achieve the goals of the project and company.

My experience has also included management of company operations, sales, field services, and after-market groups associated with an OEM. In my current position as Director of Sales & Engineering, I'm responsible for the overall performance of all these areas.
