Aaron Bacon is the owner and CEO of Aaron Thomas Company, a 50-year old family owned contract packaging company based in Southern California. Aaron Thomas has 6 sites nationally, including California, Illinois, Tennessee, and Texas, with over 1.5M sq ft and 1500 employees.

Aaron is graduate of Brigham Young University and has a master’s degree in public policy.

Aaron began working in the packaging industry in 1996, primarily servicing multi-pack and variety packs for warehouse club channels. Over the past 27 years he has focused on transforming his organization from secondary repacking operations to into primary contract packaging, food and supplement filling, snack food contract manufacturing and e-commerce fulfillment operations.

Aaron has lead the charge in his organization for automation both with systems and on the operational floor.  He has certificates in PLC and advanced robotic programming and integration, and currently holds four accepted patents for robot hand end effectors and 3D laser profiling related to pouches and packaging.

Aaron and his wife Celine have four grown children (the eldest Tom who works with him in the family business).
