First and foremost I'm a father to 5 beautiful children, 4  amazing sons and a very fiery daughter.  I'm an entrepeneur in my sole who believes that people should always take a chance on themselves and maintain a purpose of fulfillment, happiness, and independence.

My technical journey began when I found a passion for highschool physics, which eventually evolved into my focus at Lewis University, earning a Bachelors of Science in Physics, with minors in Mathematics and Business.  

Upon departing Lewis, I began my Automation journey as an account manager for Keyence for 3 years, eventually moving to Omron Automation for 10 years, where I served as a sales leader, distributor manager, project manager, and strategic account manager.  It was these experiences, along with my passion to exert my creativity and exercise my obsession for doing things differently, that led me to found IRIS Factory Automation. 

For the past 10 years, we've built a team of over 30 people that all share the same passion for automation, creativity, and progress.  The company was founded with a primary focus on automated inspection, and has since expanded our offering to full end of line robotic packaging solutions, with a niche in systems that are extremely space conscious, flexible, and affordable.  

The next 10 years will be fueled by the same motivation as the first 10 years, to provide a good life for my family, afford me the time to enjoy them, and to maintain a focus on mental and physical health, to be able to best serve those around me.
