Tom began his packaging journey at Michigan State University with a degree in Package Engineering in 1994. Since then, he has dedicated his career to flexible packaging, which began in medical device packaging with Kenpak before joining Printpack in 1998. Tom has held a variety of roles in manufacturing, technical, market and business development, innovation, and sales leadership. Currently, Tom is the Director, Sustainability and Market Development for Printpack and is based in their Atlanta headquarters, where he and his colleagues are actively leading the historic transformation from traditional to sustainable packaging.

Tom and his family reside in Alpharetta, GA. He enjoys learning about horses with his family, is currently seeking his MBA through the University of Illinois Gies School of Business and is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner.
