Kimberly Sheehy is a regulatory affairs professional that has focused her expertise in the food contact regulatory space for over 8 years. Currently, Kim serves as the Senior Manager of Global Regulatory Affairs in Packaging at McCormick & Company, working remotely out of the Chicago, IL area. Prior, Kim served a variety of roles at Intertek, where she developed her passion and expertise in the food contact regulatory field providing professional consultation services to clients across the food contact supply chain and, ultimately, managed the North America Food Contact Compliance Team. Kim earned her Bachelor’s in biology from Monmouth College and received her Master’s in biochemistry from Northern Illinois University.
