Michelle Bryson is BW Packaging's Global Sustainable Packaging Leader.  As a former Packaging Development leader within the CPG industry, Michelle draws on her experience at PepsiCo, Kraft Foods, and Wells Dairy to transition her career into full time Global Sustainability for BW Packaging.

Michelle is accountable for developing the sustainability strategy for BW Packaging,  including supporting customer sustainability reporting requirements, collaborating with suppliers to drive sustainable solutions into the innovation process and leading our environmental goals.  The Packaging Platform has completed their carbon footprint baseline in 2021 under her guidance and has recently achieved alignment to the packaging platforms’ carbon reduction goals, with a GHG reduction roadmap to support those efforts. Internally, she has developed training/ sustainability awareness sessions to bring the BW Packaging along in the sustainability journey, encouraging all team members to be sustainability leaders in their own areas of influence.
