Throughout her career in Supply Chain, Warehousing, and the consumer goods packaging industry, She's focused on building and implementing strategies that help mainstream sustainability by design, the integration of sustainability metrics and reporting systems, memorable consumer experiences design with sustainability in mind, life cycle thinking, and regenerative business models.
Ana currently helps enable partnerships and innovations for recyclability, reusability, and circularity, supporting The Estee Lauder Companies and the 20+ brands in its portfolio to move towards the achievement of the 2025 and 2030 Packaging Sustainability goals.
She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MS in Sustainability Management and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
