Roger is currently consulting within the consumer goods and packaging industry with over 100 consulting interactions over the past few years with private equity investment firms, management consulting groups and public companies in the consumer goods and packaging industries. He has spoken at several industry conferences with packaging and sustainability. A recent example his work with the dairy industry on the Recycle the Jug campaign and a related podcast for Amcor Big Ideas
His coaching focuses on helping scientists and engineers in both management and technology leadership roles be more impactful and influential in their professional and personal lives which is complemented by his several years of global R&D management experience.
Roger is an industry veteran with more than 30 years’ experience serving Mondelēz International and its legacy companies. He managed teams and international industry groups focused on packaging for new product development, quality, productivity, and sustainability initiatives across the brand portfolios of Mondelēz International, Kraft Foods, General Foods and Oscar Mayer.
Roger received his MBA and chemical engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Roger lives in the Chicago area with his wife, Natalie and leads “Rogue Zebra Consulting & Coaching”.
