Andy Neagle is a veteran packaging industry consultant with over 35 years of experience in packaging equipment and industrial automation. He spent 15 years as President and CEO of Kisters Inc. (USA), a subsidiary of Germany’s KHS Group—an international leader in food and beverage packaging systems—where he led 20x business growth and the acquisition of Kayat Engineering to establish U.S. manufacturing operations.

As a consultant, Andy has worked with major U.S. and international clients on business planning, market analysis, and new product development. His background spans senior roles in operations, engineering, sales, and marketing, with deep expertise in automation, systems integration, and robotics.

An angel investor and board advisor for Jacobs Automation, he helped guide the development of iTRAK linear servo motor technology—later acquired by Rockwell Automation. Andy is also a published author, patent holder, and active member of several professional and community organizations.
