Carl Hajal is Senior Software & Robotics Segment Manager at Vention, where he leads product and growth for the company’s robotics and MachineAnalytics portfolios. Working closely with customers and teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, he helps translate real manufacturing needs into software tools that make automation easier to program, operate, monitor, and support.

Carl brings hands-on experience designing, programming, validating, and managing industrial automation systems using Python and multiple robot platforms. He has also helped launch after-sales services and customer success programs at Vention. Carl holds a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, specializing in Automation and Control, from Polytechnique Montréal.
