Kelsey has been with 3M for over 9 years, holding a variety of roles across channel marketing, sales district operations, customer incentive plan program management, and product portfolio management. She holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing Analytics from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Since joining the packaging group within 3M, Kelsey has taken on a variety of portfolios beginning with 3M box sealing tape and now moving into automated equipment and sustainable packaging. She is excited for the future of packaging and to help 3M continue to launch innovative products that help distributors and customers to grow their business while maintaining efficient and sustainable operations.
