Spencer serves as the Chairman of OMAC, utilizing his extensive industry expertise to promote collaboration and best practices across the sector. 
In addition to his role at OMAC, Spencer is the founder and CEO of ei3, an IIoT and AI-based solution provider that focuses on empowering industrial machine builders and manufacturers to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. Before establishing ei3, Spencer founded Circonix, an industrial systems integration company that is now an integral part of Davis-Standard.
